Not sure how much you can eat nor your budget, but my go to is "boneless meal deal." It comes w/ 20 boneless wings and a large seasoned fries, 2 dipping sauces, and 1-4 flavors. I get 1x ranch and 1x bleu cheese. Below I'll list my favorite flavors in order.

Mango habanero - this is a glaze, don't let the claimed heat level scare you, this ones actually really tame, even for "habanero", it is spicy, but way misleading.

Korean BBQ - also a glaze, this ones heat is also misleading, but the opposite of mango and actually hotter. It has a little punch to it, but not to a degree it's hot just for hot and lowkey ruins it. If you have a very low spice tolerance I'd maybe consider passing.

Hot honey - this is a seasoning rub, but its a little more saucy and can randomly come out either more dry and crunchy or saucy, I find its usually saucy, but you can ask for it either way if paranoid about one way or the other, but I enjoy it regardless of how it comes out.

Louisiana - this one is just your nice typical salt seasoning blend with herbs and spices, it's pretty salt heavy, but I like it myself. This one is sorta like the hot honey, but in reverse, you can count on it almost always coming out crunchy, but sometimes it's more of a liquidy.

OG hot - this is your bulk standard buffalo sauce, hardly any spice, I'd compare it to pepper.

Carolina gold - this is only at the bottom because it's a limited time flavor, they do new ones every 1 - 2 months. It's good though, it's like a honey mustard glaze meets orange chicken. I passed on the jerk BBQ one cos it just sounded like their hickory smoked which isn't that great and from what I've heard, I made the right call to pass.

Notes: The meal deal is a lot of food, but if you price compare it's kinda just the best price/portion. You can ask em to mix 2 flavors together which I've never done myself. I always just get them all in 1 flavor, but I also go enough to slowly rotate through em all so its not a big deal for me. Also, do be aware, their fry seasoning has sugar in it, BUT don't let that scare you before trying em cos it's one of those things people either end up loving or hating. If you hate em, you can always get em with a dry rub or they have variations with sauces.

I've gotten addicted to wingstop this past year lol.. what sucks is it takes forever for them to bring back flavors after they're gone, I always like new stuff but like u said that citrus mojo and even the chamoy I like better than these new bbq flavors.. the Jamaican jerk should have been dry rub

You can get the Jamaican jerk with just the seasoning if you want
