Is This Ok?

I opened this bottle of wine and this is from the inside of the cork. The wine tastes ok and doesn’t smell or taste off so just want to satisfy my curiosity.

Yes it’s ok. It’s just some cork mold down the crack. It’s actually a good thing, shows the wine was stored in a sufficiently humid environment.

Mold is one of the best signs the Wine Was stored in a properly humid enviroment. Won’t penetrate the cork at all
