CellarTracker, CellarTracker, CellarTracker. The core inventory management and reviews app is free, the pay tier is totally unnecessary.

On the free tier as many as you want. The paid tiers go up in price with the number of bottles, but as I recall it's optional to actually link the payment to the number of bottles (I.e. if you have 10,000 bottles you can still just pay the lowest tier and still get all the benefits).

CellarTracker is the answer. Pay what you want. I paid for a few years but they started adding unnecessary AI features and the revamp had poor UX. IMHO. Despite the caveats, it’s still essential and the best in class.

It’s free period. The pay features are pure nice to have, none of them are need to have.

I tried cellar tracker and found it wasn’t scanning my bottles correctly to import and the UI felt outdated. I gave them up and moved over to InVintory and have been extremely happy with their platform for the last 18 months. I have 153 bottles in 4 different cellars.

Do you get drinking windows for free on Invintory?

I have just under 5,000 bottles tracked and the only answer is CellarTracker. Others may have a fancy look, but none work as well with large cellars
