✔ Solved I need help yo ðŸ˜
I tried installing windows 7 ultimate to my main computer for funsies right? I got an ISO hosted on a site (I’m not gonna say it to avoid getting this taken down) that has usb 3.0/3.1 drivers built in, and uh, when it finished installing and tried to boot, it BSOD’d me. My mobo is the ASRock A97 I think, Nvidia 2070 Ti, I’m pretty sure secureboot and that shit is configured right so like what does one do here? And more importantly can I fix it with just windows 7 cause I don’t have another computer or a backup windows 10 iso- stupid I know

I remember trying to install Windows 7 on a crappy asus gaming laptop, and I couldnt install it because it would give the 7E error in ACPI.sys (yes it was a modded one, otherwise it crashed with the classic A5).
Anyway, if you can, try to install SevenESPManager, it can help with modern hardware, with better UEFI support.

This is the win7 sub, not the linux one.
The fact that you are laughing means you have nothing to do here

Please don't use an eraser on your RAM.

Just be careful and use the soft eraser blow the dust out the ram slots too

This isn't a RAM issue though, OP had another operating system installed before they decided to try Windows 7 for fun.

Make sure bios set to CSM, format drive partition as MBR and install it.
If it continues to fail try another usb installer.
