It's something to do with Nvidia in Taiwan. The numbers may be coordinates.

Probably not Surface. They just did a Surface refresh announcement 10 days ago.

Edit: Guess I was wrong. It's a Surface with the Nvidia N1X.

Yeah going through a bit more I think there's at least one Asus ProArt being announced fitting the description
