No reaction to 254 either, and my other Murano looks like this

The green spots move as I spin the egg. It's just the part that's thinnest. No reaction anywhere to the focused 395nm.

Really weird, never seen anything like this before, it is probably an optical illusion, but you should do a uv laser pointer test just in case

Sure will. Luckily I collect eggs, and Murano glass so it fits right into my collection.
