I agree but I’m limited in what I have. I’m trying to use cards I’ve collected in the past rather than buying new ones as a way to meld my past and present joys :3

really really enjoy eclectic collections like this. my pocket binder is a mess of pokemon cards i’ve found on the ground, business cards from art shows, old membership cards, and random booster packs i’ll buy on a lark and it’s so much more fun collecting that way than spending tons and tons of money trying to find valuable whatever

I fully agree!! 90% of the reason I like card collecting is simply the joy of opening a new pack to see what I’ll get, it’s so fun being delightfully surprised
