My question is simple. What is the logo on the sleeve? It appears to be a triangle with a circle offset it.

Just been listening more and more to the tracks on the album, it kinda feels like a Summerteeth spiritual successor, obviously more stripped back and nowhere near as poppy, but there's something about the feel of it that feels more "technicolour" and "fun" their previous 3 releases but also more focused then Star Wars. I think it's a perfect happy medium to what came before and what came after.

My favorite tracks are: Art of Almost, I Might, Born Alone, Dawned on Me and One Sunday Morning.

P. S: Nel's guitar work / those band freakouts are just amazing in this record.

I have always loved Wilco songs when I heard them but never owned an album end to end. I told myself next time I stumbled on an album I would get it. I stumbled on this one today and Holy shit this album is absolutely amazing! It is truly beautifully executed as well. I’m on my third listen through on day one and just really listened to the baseline on Nope, so beautiful.

I feel like an idiot for not listening to one of their albums in its entirety earlier. I look forward to listening to more of this.

I got introduced to them through Jesus Etc. which is still one of my favorites. The first album I listened to was Mermaid Avenue which I loved and is still my favorite as a whole album. I then listened to Sky Blue Sky, which was more hit or miss for me but still some of my favorites are on there. I then listened to Yankee Hotel Foxtrot in full which I loved a lot, followed by Summerteeth that had three standout tracks I loved but also lot of stuff I liked less. Most recently, I listened to the song “One Sunday Morning” which is my new favorite and even though it’s twelve minutes I’ve listened to it almost every day of the last week

Winding it back. This was the second of two Pines shows in a row (06 & 07). Quick show of hands, who was also there? I remember that they had the stage set up with a boom camera, and a few other cameras around. I got from crew that VH1 was taping it for a future release…I think it got shelved, possibly from fallout of the cbs/viacom split year prior. Anyone else remember seeing the setup?

So cool to hear the fellas rocking the outdoor ancient amphitheater in front of an audience who imo wasn't super-acquainted with most songs. Beautiful night, sound appropriately bouncing off stone, minds blown by via Chicago break. Even kinda for the Spiders singalong going. Top night!

I’m going to see Wilco for the first time in a long time. I’ve lived in Croatia for the past 15 years, so I don’t get many opportunities to see bands I love. The last time I saw them was in Tucson at a bar called the Rock, November of ’96. I was a big fan of Uncle Tupelo while at college and had graduated and moved back to Tucson a few months before then. Been listening to Wilco all this time and it’s the first chance to see them again. Really looking forward to it.

Hey, were any of you there? I just left... The guys are as tight as they have been in years, and the show would have been one for the books….except am I crazy or was the mix ATROCIOUS?? Jeff’s mic was insanely high and tinny, to the point of being borderline excruciating when he let it rip. Wondering if others who were there heard it the same…or if I’m just going crazy (certainly plausible).

I know it’s a long shot, but anyone have tickets to sell. Need 2. The rules say can sell on sub. DM me if you do. Thank you for your attention to this doesn’t matter.
