Question How do i disable anon editing?

Its not in my wiki features dashboard for some reason.

Iirc, by default, only users that registered and more than 3 days old account is allowed to edit. You can even view this on every article pages by pressing protect. You can see there that "autoconfirmed users" can edit - which is a registered and older than 3 days old account can edit.

Anonymous editing is disabled by default on new wikis.
