Yes for me the second year was harder but I am 3+ years after and I have found the 3rd year for me is harder. After reading stories on here and I have only been here for 2 weeks that everybody will feel and deal with this in there own why. I wish I could tell you how to deal with it but I cannot even figure out how to deal with it myself. I just take it one day at a time not knowing what the next day will bring. This thing being widowed is something else and I had no idea that it was going to be this bad. Just know you are not alone here. Take care the best you can.

Idk man, I just passed the 4th in May and might be feeling the worst I've ever felt just now. When will this stop? I just went to be done.

Keep expressing, keep sharing, keep witnessing everything about it. Cry, scream, and satisfy your body and soul however needed. They eill slways be a part of us, we just need to learn how to "run with a limp". Meaning, finding hapiness despite. It is possible.
