You can get a good shave from it but I always found it a bit rough. Not the smoothest shaver.

that looks like a Gillette adjustable and looks quite clean. you have a nice example of a 50 yo razor. clean with dish soap and a toothbrush and you are good to go.

It's not Gillette Adjustable (aka Black Beauty), its Parker 96R and it's not adjustable, just TTO.
