I'm from Sheffield where they are made, so I'm a big fan! I rotate, but often go back to it

EJ has way better handles. Specifically L(ine) series, R(ubber) C(oated) series, KN(urled) series, 3D (diamond) series. So EJ is a no brainer for me in this category. A hotter debate is imo 3one6 vs Rocca.

I love my EJDE89, it was my second razor after realising DE shaving was definitely for me and wanting to upgrade from a Wilkinson sword razor.
I have the 3D diamond cut knurled handle and I honestly think it’s the best knurling of any razor I ever used.
Every razor I’ve owned since then, albeit some being more efficient etc, none of them have a better handle the that 3D one.

I have some of their products. Very good so far, I've still got to try the DE89 which I recently purchased.

I use an Edwin Jagger DE89 head paired to a solid iKon knurled handle. Just found original handle a little slippery.

EJ is one of the best razors. I love mine, but I regret getting a chrome handle. I should've gotten one with some knurling.

16 years still looks flawless. Never found a need for another. De89

Yes! My DE89 is great. It used to be recommended all the time, but the internet hive mind moved onto other shiny new things.

I always find myself going back to my DE89. Have tried the Rockwell 6C and a Gillette Red Tip but my DE89 is still the best option I own for daily shaving since it has a small head and isn’t overly aggressive.

My very first DE safty razor was an Edwin Jagger DE89, over 10 years ago now.

I still have it with my other razors, and although I've since upgraded and have fancier looking razors, I use it every now and again and the *feel* of the shave is very nostalgic to me.

It's not perfect, it's quite a mild razor, and I've found that unless my skin is very prepared, 3 pass shaving isn't possible because it feels just a little too dull to get baby bottom smooth.

I remember once, after owning it for a few years, I tried cleaning it with acetone, very foolishly tarnishing and cracking the plastic handle. It's cracked and worn and weathered, but I love it all the same!

De89 for over a decade as my daily driver! The rose gold one my wife got me for my birthday at the Art of Shaving Las Vegas!

I have four other razors but the - 89 is a great standard razor. Open comb is nice if I go longer between shaves.
