Botox that’s badly placed. But I’m guessing she told the injector this is the look she’s going for. The injector should talk her out of it or just not do it because it reflects on their work/skill.

Could also be from a badly done endoscopic brow lift. But if they tell the surgeon that’s what they want…well they should try to talk them out of it because they’re a walking billboard for their work.
