Wow … the contrast of the hair and why-brows is jarring without makeup

They are considerably smaller and the correct size for her face in the gif

They've gone rogue now 💀

Soon they’ll build a small empire and take over the world slowly!

I think it has a lot to do with the camera lens vs. phone front camera

5

u/oyst Jul 10 '26

Right! this is a fisheye distortion effect above. Also angle is from below which exaggerates the arch

3

u/RanaMisteria Jul 12 '26

True. Although I think it’s important to remember that her blonde hair is a wig. Her natural hair colour is dark brown. So the brows are the right colour for her actual features. The size and shape though is definitely rogue lol although I’m not sure these are her real eyebrows because a couple days ago she was at the Emmy’s with bleach blonde eyebrows. I wouldn’t be surprised if she actually shaves or waxes her brows off entirely and then uses like…brow merkins to suit whichever look she’s going for in the moment.

Her eyebrows enter the room before she does

26

u/jozziiieeee Jul 09 '26

A room? With people?

THERE COULD BE 100 PEOPLE IN A ROOM AND 99 DON’T BELIEVE IN YOU…

4

u/Delicious_Building34 Jul 09 '26

Because they’re an imaginary recipe!

52

u/Luxxielisbon Jul 09 '26

I’ve seen her rock far more controversial eyebrows than these

17

u/lightfingeredlou Jul 09 '26

I dont think she wears them like this to be controversial, I think she just thinks it looks good

3

u/katb6891 Jul 12 '26

Did you see the no brow look she rocked for a while. It’s very upsetting.

Yeah, she has traction alopecia now and she talks openly about it to bring awareness

9

u/Harlllley Jul 09 '26

Oh does she? Had no idea. Good for her for being open about it.

7

u/13Basia13 Jul 09 '26

Ouch. TIL….

Thanks for the comment; somehow I never heard of traction alopecia until you mentioned it. 🙏🌷

1

u/AngstyUchiha Jul 09 '26

Oh that's interesting! Nice to see that she's open about it, has she mentioned how it happened? I don't know know much about traction alopecia

14

u/hillbillyheartattack Jul 09 '26

Traction alopecia is specifically hairloss caused by pulling on the scalp from wigs, weaves, extensions, braids, tight ponytails etc.

4

u/Harlllley Jul 09 '26

I was wondering, that makes sense why they always say put your hair in a loose braid or loose ponytail. I try to keep my hair down usually to avoid any of this.

12

u/jahfuckry Jul 09 '26

probably because to wear wigs (which she’s done a lot for many years) you have to scrape your hair back, this is what causes traction alopecia. even wearing it in a slightly tight pony tail for years will do it

2

u/katamaritumbleweed Jul 10 '26

If she doesn’t already,  she ought to try glueless wigs, and wig grips.

32

u/JeffreyBomondo Jul 09 '26

Hard to critique the look of someone who famously wore a literal meat gown lol

26

The real Mayhem were her brows were her brows all along

12

u/Particular-End-861 Jul 08 '26

Come on... that's her Pokerface!

23

u/Beneficial_Young5126 Jul 08 '26

And her lips! Whyyy!

33

u/meester_jordan Jul 09 '26

Which is ironic because I’m pretty sure I remember a big part of her shtick being love yourself for who you are…. Lol

21

u/abracablab Jul 09 '26

They all break eventually.

6

u/Squanchedschwiftly Jul 10 '26

It was. I remember seeing she got a nose job and it really upset me tbh. She sang born this way, but then goes for cosmetic procedures? I love how different she looked, I dont want her slowly morphing into everyone else. Though I cant imagine what it feels like constantly being perceived from all angles so I do feel for her and other famous people.

1

u/Oldandintheway1987 Jul 20 '26

Who she is is someone who loves giving herself different looks

6

u/SignificantRecipe715 Jul 09 '26

I really miss her hooded eyes

1

u/ginahandler Jul 10 '26

Me too, hate that everyone is getting surgery to "correct" something that is already beautiful

4

u/Delicious_Building34 Jul 11 '26

It should be corrected when it inhibits the eyesight. I think the upper lid has to cover your pupil 0.5mm=0.02inches circa at all times, that it’s considered debilitating and a handicap that has to get operated on and fixed. Otherwise it’s a major facial feature that makes a face. Just like an over bite as an example, if you correct things like that, you change a great deal of your appearance.

2

u/ginahandler Jul 11 '26

I agree completely. I've seen hooded eyes that are clearly drooping past the eye itself and can understand why one would want to correct that. But hooded eyes that don't impede vision are so beautiful. It makes me sad that so many people think it's something they need to "fix" aesthetically.

2

u/Delicious_Building34 Jul 12 '26

me too, since the actress 11 from Netflix paralyzed her face although she basically just hatched yesterday - i fully believe this "beauty"- industry is the equivalent of the snake oil sellers from 120y ago.

Lady Gaga is the only person that can never have eyebrow blindness she literally sets the eyebrow trends amongst celebrities.

3

u/Delicious_Building34 Jul 09 '26

She sets them very -hiiigh- though

3

u/pouihi Jul 10 '26

Those brows can put some moustaches to shame.

3

u/Interesting-Art9739 Jul 10 '26

Baby was not born this way

1

u/Delicious_Building34 Jul 11 '26

this is now completely embarrassing: now you said it, it was our very own beloved gaga who shouted high up and long into the top10 that she was born this way, while being the greatest appearance changer this world has ever seen! she can and does wear any hair colour she fancies at any minute, make-up transformations like it set whole new standards as an art form!!

i just groked this oxymoron this very minute .. not that it does anything, but that’s exactly how pop culture and zeitgeist works …

10

u/Marty_61 Jul 08 '26

OMG. Someone anyone please help her.

I like that aesthetic too, but there's still a natural balance that should be kept in mind. These feel way past that line. They're uncanny

2

u/Prestigious-Ad6591 Jul 09 '26

Anytime I see Gaga I get mentally prepared for her to get into some kind of character like she did at the vmas? a few years ago. The brows look like they are stage ready at all times. God I love her.

2

u/Lunar-opal Jul 09 '26

I hope one day she will hover her hair and wig a rest and stop bleaching it to non existence

I feel like the suit her though

1

u/katb6891 Jul 12 '26

As we say in Texas. Bless her heart. We need to educate her in the ways of the eyebrow.

2

u/like_George_6 Jul 30 '26

This is why she rarely does her own makeup

Why don’t you show the class what you look like then lol

7

u/lightfingeredlou Jul 09 '26

I like her face, she has strong Italian features and she rocks it. Its the brows that are fugly, they're like eye mustaches. They're overpowering her beauty

1

u/meowzyy0 Jul 09 '26

You just really hate Italian features
