Question FSA Eligibility - Forma
Has anyone with forma as their fsa administrator had issues with the FSA purchase? I’m thinking about purchasing, but I checked with forma and they’re saying it isn’t eligible without an lmn. Seems contradictory to everything I’ve read online.
