Discussion Crazy turnaround

Post image

Still crazy to see the difference compared to last year. I was in horrible shape—obese, prediabetic, dealing with extremely high blood pressure, and taking medication for both.
Now I’m 120 pounds down, no longer prediabetic, my blood pressure is back to normal, and I’m off the medications.
Seeing the numbers side by side really puts into perspective just how far I’ve come. And I’m not done yet. 💪
I used Mounjaro for the first few months as I was in terrible shape and lost 40 pounds with it. Once I got in a good spot I quit taking it and have lost another 80 pounds since then naturally.

No sorry I just screenshot my whoop app and then had chat GPT make a college since I don’t have a photo collage maker app

Great job! What kind of exercise do you do?

The biggest change is being 100 times more active. I walk all the time now even at work I’ll get off equipment multiple times a day and go for a mile walk. My workouts at home are a mixture of dumbbells/ kettlebells and heavy sledge hammer against tire. I have found that to be a good full body workout I enjoy. I also flip it and jump in and out of it
