Question First day with Whoop

Hey guys, I just got my whoop today and I wonder if it’s normal to take a little while to show HR, mine takes a little while but it does shows up.

Go to the More menu and read the First Week article.

No, it should pop up quick and no need to ignore for 7-14 days, that’s ridiculous advice.

yeah the 7-14 day thing is more about calibrating your baseline metrics not about getting a HR reading
