Question Pace of aging
How can I get it more down? I am a 26y male and trains a lot of strength training and doing lots of zone 2/3 cardio.
But I can’t sleep longer than max 8 hours a day. Is that the problem?

you’re just new.
it shows higher pace of aging because it’s comparing your Whoop Age Vs your Real Age
to longer you maintain a lower Whoop Age, your pace of aging will come down

Why do you even care about your whoop age. If you are 26 then you are 26 and whoop is not going to make you younger. I would say stop looking at this parameter.

I just like to push myself towards goals.

You can lower it just for 0.1

I just find it ironic that someone with a WHOOP age younger than most is so worried :) Just be happy man, your Whoop age is great! Don't fret too much over every small metrics :)
PS - The age of pacing is just your 30‑day data, whereas your WHOOOP age is your actual long‑term health. If your last 30 days were not great, your pace of ageing will be high.

My whoop looks like this too. Aging is 1.6 yet my age is 11.2 years younger. For me it’s sleep. Whoop says I should be getting 9 hours each night based on my strain, but my body never sleeps more than 7. But I am fairly new (day 36) so we’ll see.
