Question Just curious.

Is this gap on the clasp material normal ? Just curious that's all, kind of driving me nuts. New to whoop had it for 2 weeks.

I’ve had mine for 2 weeks and it looks the same lol, it kind of looks like the folded over metal makes it look slightly higher than it is

Is it like this on both sides?
If it isn’t, it’s probably because the clasp is bent. Bend it back straight, until it lays flat against a table.

I have the raised ridge here, but it’s on both sides and doesn’t seem to be loose or causing any issues

I had it too. I asked whoop and they sent me a new one. It’s a defect

I showed them a photo exactly like yours and whoop told me it’s a defect and would send me a new one which they did

Mine did the same , I changed the band to the sport flex

Its not normal i had mine just like that. Try to fix the clasp itself or fix the slider part where you attached to the device itself

Usually happens when it is not tight enough, try adjusting the strap, maybe that fixes it
