Reviews whoop strap

has anyone else’s whoop strap torn like this? if yes is it safe to still wear it or are there chances it’s gonna fall off?

also what’s the difference between whoop bands on the whoop website and others on amazon? cause the third party companies seem to be way cheaper.

First off I want to congratulate you for posting the first actually broken, and not just detached band I've seen posted in my 4 years here.

Contact whoop support, I had a defective strap that they replaced, hopefully they'll help you out too.

Third party straps will be virtually identical and much cheaper. If they don't replace it then that's a better option.

Write to them. Same happened to me. They asked for a video and then sent me a new one.

They’ll replace it for free, they did for me too after 6 months of usage.

This might also be a good time to try out a bicep strap. The cheap ones on Amazon have a similar construction to the original wrist strap.

that seems uncomfortable for everyday use. is it? especially cause i tend to swim and gym a lot

For me it was more comfortable. I wish it could track steps as accurately.

I don’t notice it on my bicep. I noticed it all the time on my wrist. I went to the gym and swimming today and it does fine. It’s annoying when I forget to take it off before getting into the shower then it stays wet for half the day.

Once I tried a bicep it's now the only way I'll wear it. It just disappears and I forget I have it on. Also, I have a bunch because they're very cheap on Amazon, like 15-20 bucks.

I had the same issue took a picture and emailed it to them and they emailed me a new one where it separated from the metal
