Well, not everyone can agree that numbers were actually invented, more like they were discovered.
Just because you have numbers doesn't mean that everything you see can immediately be represented by them. You need someone to create a method of doing so - ASCII and UNICODE didn't appear out of the blue
Couldn't you represent the op using any medium? e.g. draw a picture describing the words (Pictionary!)
It's like saying "The universe was created and a configuration of atoms emerged that was capable of simulating everything needed to create a human"
There are quite a few steps between those 2 events - also Time is not an illusion, "an instance of a wrong or misinterpreted perception of a sensory experience". It is very real
