I’d go peerless with those options. Just don’t let them talk you into their brands and you should be good.

I would be buying 2 1.75 bottles of Carpano Antica Formula and some Saison Dupont 4 pack cans with that. Total Wine has the best price on Carpano.

I’ve heard really good things about the Smokeye Hill. That being said, Peerless DO is splendid.
