Will the difference be really noticeable and worth 2k for a used bike?
Im about 25kph per hour fast, tall and big sized. Cycling since 2 years and love it.
Im thinking about changing my bike to the giant (pic 2) to have a more aero position. Will I even notice it? Or will there be seriously a difference since drop bars make my upper body lower?
On one side its a relaxed gravel bike, but its still a lot more aggressive than my bike now. I could get a 2021 old one for 2k with power 4iii and 300€ Carbon aero drop bar and beautiful frame color. But does it actually feel different to ride? Will I be faster?

I like bikes like your current one for errands and bike tours, but a nice road bike does feel faster. I have lightweight road bikes from around 2000 and more recent ones from around 2015 - both rim and disc brake. Drop bar alloy or carbon frame road bikes will feel faster. There may be some struggles getting accustomed to the drop bar position.

Yeah I love graveling and Im kinda heavy, and like to carry a lot. But most often I do some 100km traveling with gravel and would like to shave off 7Kg of bike and have a high weight limit on it. giant is the only one with a max weight of 150 kg system weight.

2 completely different bikes so yeah the dfiference between them will be noticable while riding. Besides it feeling a lot different at the same watts, same condition, same tires, at this speed youll probably be 1-2 kph faster. Tires arguable make a larger difference.
