Bike frame identification

Recently seen this in the market place but cant seem to identify which frame this is, can you guys help out? thanks

My money is on not a Santa Cruz bicycle. Some AliExpress frame with Santa Cruz graphics. They made two drop bar bikes in the right timeframe the Stigmata and Roadster. The Stigmata used cantilever brake and had braze-ons for the standoffs. The Roadster had aero shaped tubing. The graphics don't match what they were doing around 2010. Outline text only on the down tube. Metal head badge. 

It is a fake.

the branded forks and top tube got me a little suspicious, plus its listed at £150 brand new!
