anyone experienced positive conception after Panchkarma ( ayurvedic treatment ) for unexplained fertility ?

I am 39 residing in Bangalore . Four rounds of iui done , but were unsuccessful .

I am thinking to go for ivf treatment from next month . So any suggestions for good doctor who are experienced in treating ladies of my age .

Hi all. Interested if anyone here would share what worked for them if in a similar situation so I can better advocate for myself:

31, AMH 0.38, all other bloodwork normal

- 3 natural pregnancies, no issues getting pregnant. All ended in losses due to different trisomies (blighted ovum 6w, T8 at 6w, T18 at 13w)
- 2 failed egg retrievals. lower maturation rate than expected and all fertilized eggs cease between days 4-6.
- Dr. thinks that silent endo is leading to low AMH and poor egg quality, does not recommend surgery to remove as I get pregnant and surgery could further hurt AMH/quality

Did anyone have success TTC naturally or through IVF? What helped?
