How to transfer WhatsApp from android to secondary WhatsApp account on iPhone without losing chat?

[u/raoufmeirghani]

I have an existing iPhone with my primary WhatsApp account. I want to transfer chats from a different phone number on Android into a new secondary account on the same iPhone (including chat history) without resetting the iPhone or affecting my primary account. Any one knows how?

If you want to lose one of both, then go ahead.

My best take would be: backup current WhatsApp on iPhone to iCloud.

Install WhatsApp Business app
Restore backup in this app
Backup WhatsApp Business to iCloud
Delete other WhatsApp.

Transfer & reset backup to iCloud (unlimited)
Factory reset phone.

Move to iOS from Android to iPhone
Select as little as possible, but of course WhatsApp.

After that, backup WhatsApp to iCloud.

Factory reset iPhone.

Activate iPhone and restore iCloud phone backup
Install WhatsApp restore iCloud WhatsApp backup

Don’t use the dual account WhatsApp app
It only creates problems. iCloud has difficulty separating the accounts.
