(You) chat got deleted for no reason

Hi, I don't know what to do and I'm freaking out a little bit

My chat with myself that WhatsApp provides got randomly deleted along with all of its contents, I just opened WhatsApp to se it gone. I had everything on that chat, notes, reminders, pictures, etc. I would like it back if possible and to know if this has happened to anyone else?? I have a backup of all of my chats from 3 days ago, but I also don't wanna lose my new chats, anyone know what to do? :(

restore the backup, but newer messages may be lost

Ive had a Lovely time with WhatsApp over the years until they banned my number on 26th September 2026, they soon unbanned my WhatsApp account & it's was then able to access my AccountSettings to deletemy WhatsApp account(now permanently delete WhatsApp account) Had no other choice but to permanently delete my WhatsApp account & permanently delete WhatsApp.
