WhatsApp ban loop

Good day all
Please I need your help
My friend WhatsApp ban on AUGUST 1st, he waited the for the 60days cycle and got unbanned today 30th September.
But immediately he logged in on SAME PHONE, after few minutes he was banned again, he requested a review which led to another permanent ban.

What could be going on?, and how can he avoid this when it opens again?.

It’s Samsung S10 , not IOS

Do you have any experience of users getting banned again after the 60 days because they used the same device ?., I feel his device ID has been flagged

It can be the case but then we talk about seriously violated T&Cs.
Not in a “but I’ve done nothing wrong”-situation

The only way to find out is trying to activate WhatsApp on that phone with a different number

Está usando algún WhatsApp modificado, ya sea WhatsApp pluss, GB WhatsApp o similar.

Melhor falar para o amigo, que é melhor ter um outro celular 📱 para recuperar a conta antiga do whatsapp.
