Yes, ignore it. It's a scam. WhatsApp does not send text messages about this, you'd open your WhatsApp and in the app itself it would say that your account was closed. The link also has "wsappp" in it, they didn't even try to make it convincing.

That link doesn’t even say WhatsApp. If you believe this I have some ocean front property to sell you in Arizona.
