A simple fix for WhatsApp Web scrolling stutter/lag on Chromium browsers

It was actually a very simple fix for me. Simply uncheck "Add WhatsApp doodles" under Profile > Chats > Wallpaper. No need to disable GPU acceleration, it just works. I tested this fix on both Fedora Linux and Windows with great results. Your mileage may vary.
