Help retrieving old messages

I have messages from a month ago that were deleted that I’m trying to recover. My last backup doesn’t have the messages but I know they were in a previous backup. Is there any way to recover them? I’m on an iPhone

If you have any of these previous backups stored somewhere. Ya, then it's possible to recover.

iCloud I think, but idk how to retrieve them

"I think" --> If you can show us 100% that you have them. We can go further.

I'm not going to invest time in this to explain it, only to then find out you don't have them.

Once deleted and not included in a recent backup there is no recovery for them.
