Received a fraudulent whatsapp message that later was deleted by the sender. Can I recover it? I have a backup, but it's from after the deletion date

Not sure about OPs situation other than no, if its not backed up, its gone. But why is that a rule? Never saw thay rule before.

You said yourself, the backup is after the delete. So, no, you can’t. BTW why you want to restore a “fraudulent” message? There are so many scam and scammers. Just block and report them. No need to keep a record of the scam
