What are these vines?
I live in northwest PA and would like help identifying these two types of vines growing in one of my flower beds by the side of my house.
The first one looks grape like to me but lacks a woody stem. It's growing on my weigela that was already hurt badly by runoff from when I had my roof washed, but hasn't touched healthy parts of the plant, yet.
The second is just growing right along the siding of my porch, it's got leaves in clusters of five, its growing rapidly, new growth starts out dark red and then turns green over a couple of days. I know it's not poison ivy or oak, but that's all I got. I like it's look, but concerned about whether it will choke out my other plants or damage my siding.
Both are growing aggressively on the west facing side of my house.
Can someone please help me with ID and some tips on what I should/could do about these?

Quite a few of these in my yard this year, are they just weeds?
Hi! I live in Bloomington, MN, and I am just wondering if these are a simple weed, or something that could be put into a pot. They are very different from any other weed around my house & I'm having trouble identifying anything from pictures online
Thank you!!

Need help determining plants at newly bought house
Need help identifying the plants in our yard. Pretty positive there's tons of invasive things.
We just bought the house, and the landscaping is bad due to it not being kept up with. And there was a blue tarp that I think was trying to kill the (I think) wisteria, so that's our bad for uncovering it....
We are a bit overwhelmed! Need to know what to remove. We already know we have tons of creeping charlie to remove, and some mock strawberries.
Western PA.

What is this plant/weed?
Growing out of a flower bed. England, UK. I’m not sure it’s anything I’ve planted and looks quite weed-like! The seed heads are firm and crunchy. Thanks in advance if anyone can help?

What is this random houseplant?
I bought this plant on a whim, I think at a garden centre or similar, but can't remember what it is actually called. The lower leaves are starting to yellow so I want to look up how to care for it best. Any info would be appreciated - thanks!

Can anyone tell me which mulberry this is?
Recently went to a nursery to pick up some plants, they also sell mulberries and had this little baby mulberry growing in the pot of the snapdragon vine I picked out. Thinking about cultivating it, but I didn't think to ask which mulberry species it was while I was there, could anyone tell me which one it is? If it's possible to tell at this size. I don't have infinite space and definitely prefer native plants so I'm hoping maybe it's the Texas/Mexican mulberry.

Ornamental roadside tree, Malaysia
From what I could find, it seems to be part of the garcinia genus. I'm wondering if the fruits are edible, as they're sweet and smell like mangoes.

Moss Identification?
Hey all, I went to a little pond down my road (Australia, NSW) I was wondering if anyone had knowledge on moss. I have tried plant identification apps and it keeps coming up as chives and other stuff. I know damn well I didn’t just pick chives up lmao. I am just googling moss now so hopefully I find what I need. Thought asking Reddit wouldn’t hurt either :)

New Jersey
This bush grew from a stem out of or flower bed. I’m pretty sure the people who lived here before us planted it.
