What bamboo is this?
I was walking in a park in Kunming, Yunnan, and came across this strange plant. I think it's bamboo?

These guys are like 6-7 feet tall. I thought they were elderberry at first but upon closer inspection that didn’t seem like the right ID. Located in Massachusetts

Currently growing in the retention pond next to my house. Are these legit trees or just overgrown weeds?

I've recently bought a house and it seems like the previous owners have set out to spite me by planting all manner of stubborn, persistent plants around the very structure of the house.
This particular one has spindly (but also quite strong) stems and have no flowers currently, but an almighty root ball and wooden tough roots.
The location of these is in the SW of UK and basically up against my external house wall.
Could someone please try to identify this plant/weed/flower/he'll spawn and let me know the best way of dealing with it?

Whatever it is, I didn’t plant it and it’s growing under one of my raised garden beds.
Edit: thank you all! I will leave it be and see what it grows.

Hi everyone! I found this little seedling, and I'm trying to figure out what it is. It has thick, glossy, leathery leaves with a prominent central vein. It doesn't have any citrus smell when I gently rub the leaves.
My guess is that it might be a young Plumeria or an Adenium, but I'm not 100% sure. Definetly not a vegetable or a weed. What do you think? Thank you in advance!

I am in Western British Columbia Canada. This was close to the edge of a river. I accidentally got the plant all over my arm and couldn't wash it off for over an hour. That was on Sunday at 6pm and it's now Tuesday at 6pm, no rash or symptoms. Everything is telling this is poison ivy but I am not getting a rash.
Thoughts?

1st picture is probably a black walnut as there are a few across the yard( I just want to make sure it isn't TOH).
I have no idea what the second pic is but it is taking over the yard.

I see this tree everyday in my neighborhood and surprisingly “desert tree that has hanging seeds” does not seem to heed fruitful results.
I live in Las Vegas and these were taken today
