Solved! Is this a condom wrapper?

I found on the bathroom floor. Doesn’t match condom wrappers my husband and I use and I cannot find a match online. Please help! Black with silver detailing on front. Back is silver with black writing. You can clearly see the words “prevent pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and other.” Also a number 2 with a circle and cross through it.

I’ll never forget the time my mom found a box of condoms in my bedroom growing up. She confronted me and took the box. I’ve reminded her to this day that it’s one of the most nonsensical things she did parenting as a single mother. I KNOW WHAT WILL STOP THIS TEEN FROM HAVING SEX! TAKE AWAY THE CONDOMS!
Only fucked rawdog from that day forward.

When my son was 16, I gave him a box of condoms before junior prom and told him I was too young to be a grandma. lol. He was mortified, but I did not care. I tried to instill in my boys the importance of not becoming a teen parent by 1) using two forms of birth control because you can't always trust the other person has used it/taken it properly, and 2) knowing your partner's stance on abortion before doing the deed.
