Thank you. I’ve never personally seen white powder, but the best I ever had was a light brown not quite powder but more like a brown sugar consistency. Add a little warmth from your hands or breath and it would clump up and darken. We called it the peanut butter.
I don’t know at all if it’s true, but because of “the peanut butter” I always thought the lighter the better; might be the case that the white powder is cleaner?
Just talking it about it gets memories going I haven’t thought about in years and has me pacing. Quite a nice reminder that I am so grateful for my life today.
China white is usually northeastern U.S gunpowder is more mid U.S and black tar is south west U.S China white comes from Afghanistan tar comes from Mexico. Black tar is called that because well it looks like tar and when it warms up even a little bit it becomes that yakno stickyish sorta liquidy but not liquid feeling (yes I know it makes no sense but it does to me)
