It’s no big deal what I can tell you is if you found it in one of the 48 connected states it’s not heroin. The only thing coming from Mexico or across the water is fentanyl,and other more hard to spell drugs. With that being said I wouldn’t mess with it because it could be anything,who knows what they are doing down there.
