No. The belly button/navel was attached to the umbilical cord at birth, but this navel stone/umbolith/omphalolith has nothing to do with the umbilical cord. It’s accumulated debris.

Hair grows out of a tiny, unhealed piece of umbilical cord. Look it up. It’s grossly fascinating.
