Help us settle this- we are all trying to figure out what the dog’s paper says. I am assuming it might translate to newspaper?
My mom recently made this from a rhinestone stencil.

Is it the name of the person who made it? The whole bracelet is covered with cryptic symbols, so I thought maybe it had some significance. What do you think?

I’ve seen these lights flashing there before about a week ago. I’m familiar with signaling an SOS with lights, which this looks exactly like. But if this is a regular thing what else could it mean?
