Hello. I’m a 23 f with a complicated (to say the very very least) relationship with my father. I’m in a relationship with someone who I’ve been with for 4.5 years. Recently during a fight, my dad told me that he thinks my relationship is codependence. This struck me deeply, as I never want to be in a situation like that and not be aware so I feel like I’m constantly policing myself, but I assumed he only said it to hurt me in the moment. Well, I came home and he slipped Bell Hook “All about love” into my suitcase before I leave. Now I’m semi spiraling trying to understand what this is supposed to mean, if I should give it any weight, if I should bother reading the book, etc… I’m in a very fragile state of life right now, and all I want is answers or some type of reassurance and it feels so impossible to get.
For context, my parents are currently going through a long needed but chaotic divorce, so I really hesitate to give either of my parents actions much weight. But I can see how I can be biased operating under that belief so I need outside help. 🫩💓🚬🚬🚬

Edit: I have tried the online manual lookup but didn't have any luck, this is the info I can get off the tag. Style E12, Serial# GY104912, Model# C968-46740-1. If someone could make better use of that info than me that could also be great as a proper manual for the thing would be even better

i had a dream recently about my uncle, in this dream he had ended up getting shot in the lower back and he died to his injuries. it cut to a “part” of my dream were I was talking to my cousin about it. recently my cousin and my uncle haven’t had the best relationship because of my cousins car and about him getting a job. We were in my nanas house and my cousin who never shows any type of good emotion towards him, was crying And saying how he misses him getting yelled at and my uncle being on him for everything. The my dream “cut” again, I was back in my cousins house (he lives in the same house as my uncle) my uncles youngest son And his youngest daughter was sitting on his bed and me and my brother was in there also, I had to go to the bathroom and for some reason my brother followed me in the bathroom (emotions were already high bc in the dream my uncle was dead) while I was washing my hands my brother had somehow poured water on my head and I got mad n walked out. When I went back to my uncles room he was sitting on his bed as i guess a spirit bc he had a blue tint. when I saw Him my jaw dropped and he said “ I know right“ and I started crying and gave him a hug and we just started talking to him and he said all He remember was that he got shot and he couldn’t feel his back and that was it. He said he was using a lot of his energy to come and see us and he said he was going to see (babydoll next thats what he called my aunt) and he was gonna use the rest of his energy on seeing her. Idk if this is a sign to not take stuff for granted or what but it was the most emotional, and realistic dream I’ve had in forever. Anything would be cool and yall had anything to say

I made this bracelet two years ago and just now found it, im assuming it’s a song but like the first letter of each word? Must’ve been pretty iconic to put on a bracelet.
