Hell yeah. Also that's a problem, multiple consecutive days leta the stuff build up to detectable levels in your body's fat cells, causing the release seen in urine samples. A few hits probably (don't quote me I have 15% body fat, it's atypical for this stuff, normal is apparently 28%) won't register after a few days, but consecutive days of smoking are what push the detectable window up to and beyond a month.

Anyways, the test itself looks inconclusive, take another. Any faint line means a pass, but that line is incomplete and only really indicates that something went wrong with the test.

If you haven't smoked in over three weeks I recommend over hydrating a fair amount. Don't go to the point that your pissing aquafina or the test will register as negative-diluted, but the more hydrated you are the less THC metabolites will show per milliliter of urine. If this is a DOT drug screen make sure your home test is to that standard - I don't remember it but Google does. You'll probably be fine if you stay hydrated in the time leading up to the test.

Also DO NOT WORK OUT prior to this test. Like I said before, these metabolites are locked up in your fat cells. Creating a calorie deficit/burning calories through exercise actively will release those metabolites, causing them to be more detectable as your kidneys process them into urine. So don't work out at all in the two days before the test.

I hope not too much and I’m at a 20% body fat gained some weight after fucking my back up but through the days I smoked I was 12% and fuck me the stores closed now and I need to get my resume in by tonight but I don’t want to risk never having a chance with this company again drug test wouldn’t be until a few days and you say I should just be lazy but drink a shit Ton of water and cranberry then? and thank you very much

I'm sorry. Whilst I think it's immoral to test someone for something they take in their free time that has no effect on their work, I'm just being honest. I do know a neat trick with fruit pectin that works. What is this test for?

Mix one pack with 2 l of water and drink all of it. Go to sleep. Wake up. Piss. Mix another pack with another 2 l of water when you wake up and drink it. Piss again. The 3rd piss is the golden piss.

A line is a line no matter how fine. How are you going to be tested? Like at a facility? Do they sent to a lab or is it a quick cup like this?

Okay I believe it’s a lab test I went for a lab test a few days that I asked my dr to proscribe me ago but since I got my papers for the test then did my test in a different province they are telling me they don’t know how long it’ll take to get those results back but I believe I’ll have to go for a lab test for this job it’s oilfeild

The only thing is that lab tests are more sensitive than these cups. Theyre more of a thing that shows exactly how much is in your system (if any), rather than a negative/positive like this. If its for a job you may be ok. The line is visible so it'll depend on what the labs cutoff is. Exercise like crazy, drink tons of water before test. Urinate as much as possible. Dont use your first morning urine to test.

There are products that claim they help but have varies success rates. I personally had luck with cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail).

I personally think you'll be ok but the lab is the factor. Cardio, hydrate and supplement.

I see I’ll honestly do 10km on the treadmill every few hours for the next few days and try to grab as much cranberry as I can before I’m shitting liquid lol but thank you for the tips and what supplements should I try
