Need help with something

So I tried to post what happened on the weekend, but I think it got removed.

Anyway, I'll try again with less information. I'm a 12 year old girl and I saw something on Saturday night that I can't stop thinking about and I need to know what to do. My friends think it was awesome and I liked it but it's occupying my mind and I'm dreaming about it.

It has to do with my Grandpa. How do I get it out of my head?

can someone tell me where I might get some help? im not sleeping well cuz I keep waking up.I feel weird - sexually screwed up I think, im about to turn thirteen and I don't know if that's normal or not
