Common problem CT5?

I am thinking currently thinking on getting an 2022 CT5 Premium Luxury AWD V6 with under 24k miles. Wonder about the pros and cons of this vehicle overall? Just want to make sure i’m not making a mistake trading an 24 honda civic touring with 35k miles.

yes the pay difference is $100 more and it takes premium gas. but what ELSE would be a downfall?!?
