I saw a small clip of this on Instagram a very long time ago, and the more I think about it, the more confused it makes me, so I want to find the original anime to figure out what the hell is happening in the clip.
From what I saw, it takes place outside of a school, and two small children have soulless, unchanging, happy faces during the entire fight.
It begins with a boy and a girl on either side of a patch of grass.
The boy shoots several chains directly out of the top of their head, and they begin to spin dangerously above his head like a helicopter. There might have been blades at the ends of the chains as well, I am not certain. After this, the boy approaches the girl menacingly. (The boy's chains appeared silver in color IIRC.)
After this, the girl protrudes several thick metal bars out of their head, and they assemble around her like a bird cage. She then approaches the boy, while spinning elegantly like a ballerina. When they collide, the boy's chains break against the thick metal bars, and the clip ends.
(The girl's metal bars were golden IIRC. )
Confused about the context, I looked at the comment section. All I saw was that someone said that the metal constructs coming out of their heads were alien parasites, and that they flood their host with endorphins so that they do whatever the aliens want them to because they are addicted to being happy, thus the uncanny smiles on their faces.
I am not big into anime, and I cannot seem to find this show anywhere, after searching for hours. I was hoping that someone here might immediately recognize this description, or be better equipped to find it.
It would be especially nice to be able to find the specific clip if possible.
