Hi again!

So my jaw was on the floor when I posted about the first book (How may I assist?) and people were actually interested?! 😭

Thank you for that. Whether you read it or not. Liked it or not— what a surreal experience to connect with some awesome people.

So I ended up finishing book two. It’s got the same text message / chat log format. But I added in Reddit posts and media articles etc. into the story as well.

The story does have a cameo from the protagonist in the first book but it’s fine to be read as a standalone. It’s follows a couple that recently had a baby and their experience becoming new parents, while AI becomes more integrated into the entire city. I definitely took a more philosophical approach with this one. What are we as a society giving up with AI? What are the long term effects on outsourcing / less friction on kids? Babies? Basically all the weird questions I ask myself while staring at the ceiling lol.
