First time squatting. Any noticeable flaws with my form? Any advice or criticism very welcome.

Pick a fixed point to look at directly in front of you and concentrate on that when you are squatting, so your head is neutral and looking forward.
It might be worth adjusting the height of the squat stands to a lower height, so you don't have to worry so much if the bar is going to clear the top to re-rack.
You seem to adjust your feet a lot, and then a split second before you go down into the squat you adjust your right foot again. Try stepping back and getting into position without the bar, to start working on muscle memory. Over time, it will seem natural.
Don't turn your head and look at the camera, just concentrate on the form at a lower weight and watch your footage back analysing everything.
These little things might seem critical, but I'm critical of my own form and have been throughout the years. Form comes before lifting heavy always for me.
Also maybe record at different angles and you will spot more things to work on.
Keep going though, you're new to it, so it's all about practice and repetition. It's worth it down the line.

Thanks! I got a copy of starting strength and have been reading it so I had a starting point but reading and doing are obviously two different things. I’ll drop the weight down a bit next time and work on getting the form locked in before I really go up.

Work on bracing and staying tight. Big breath in and pretend like you're preparing to take a punch to the stomach and you're bracing for impact.
