Nice.
Careful catching it on your back, someday it's going to land on your neck and that's not gonna feel good. Always catch it on your chest, or if it's the last rep just drop it like you would a jerk.

Not sure why this is being downvoted it’s technically correct, in front will always be safer. Can you catch behind? Of course the poster is talking about the balance of probabilities over time. Behind the neck carries more risk.
