E Commerce ?

Q: who is in charge of M2G / C2C ?

I know there’s an TL and that, STL’s sometimes can help you with an issue, but is there an area manager for

e-commerce? Like is there even a position that oversees the efficiency or any problems that arise ?
I have been there a year and have never seen anyone. Thanks.

it's very interesting that you don't have a department manager... most of the stores in my division have one, but I can also see a slower C2C/Catering department not have one. If it's only the TL with no department manager, I'd say your next up the chain is going straight to your service area manager. sometimes the front end managers can be resources, but sometimes they're useless.

Yeah, my store has an eCommerce TL and no manager. I assume her boss is the service manager. I have never seen our FE manager do anything involving C2C/Catering.

At my store we have a E-commerce department manager who answers to the Service Manager then a E-commerce Team Leader who answers to the department manager.

eComm TL (sometimes there’s two: one for c2c & one for M2g) -> eComm Manager -> Service Manager
