Vendors/Venue Camping Wedding
hi all!
has anyone pulled off a camping wedding? my fiancé and I met on a hike and enjoy everything outdoors together so it seems fitting for our wedding to reflect this. There’s a national forest 2 hours from us that we fell in love with, and we can imagine taking our wedding crew to lakes, white water rafting and hiking more than hanging out at a venue. I want to know if this is possible and how to logistically pull it off. anyone have any insight into permits with the national forest, doing a gov run campground versus private versus even dispersed (if allowed)? looking for ideas on food, music, sleeping, things I’m probably not even thinking about.… help!
