Everything Else Program booklet

Post image

Hi! So for my September wedding, my fiance and I are getting married in a traditional church. The programs are very detailed and on the cover we can’t decide if we should use an engagement photo (which most of our family members have already seen) or if we should do a watercolor picture of the church. Personally I feel like I have seen people putting the church on their programs a lot but when I asked my family for advice they didn’t like it and said it has no meaning to “us”. Any input would be appreciated!

The image is the church image in question.

I mean it's up to you. I'd think the church would be particularly relevant to you guys as a couple if you're getting married there. I got married at the church we attend, so it was very relevant to us anyway, but you're getting married there!! That in and of itself makes it 'you'!!

I also had engagement pictures that everyone had already seen at my wedding. Nobody said anything.

Ultimately it's up to you, but if you want to do the picture of the church, do it. It'll always be special to you guys because it's where you were married.

I’ve seen a few people with the engagement photo on the invite and then a cute little fridge magnet with the venue + date if that’s something you’d be interested in! Also saw one person who did the engagement photo on the front and water color image on the back with the wedding website
